A vehicle is eligible for warranty only if it conforms to the warranty policy. The warranty booklet should remain permanently with the vehicle and must be presented whenever warranty service is required. Vehicle warranty begins on the date it was delivered to the customer.
Your VEHICLE OWNER’S MANUAL provides valuable information and guidelines for proper and safety operation of your vehicle. Please be reminded that your failure to undertake the specified periodic maintenance by any of our authorized service center will void the warranty of your unit. To ensure maximum performance, greater reliability and economical maintenance of your vehicle, we strongly encourage to have your unit serviced and maintained by our highly plant trained technicians in any of our duly authorized Isuzu dealership using only Isuzu genuine parts and specified lubricants.
If you are touring and a problem arise, any Isuzu authorized service centers will perform the necessary services under the NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY POLICY. In all other cases, it is also recommended that the warranty services be performed by your selling dealer because of their continued commitment in satisfying your vehicle needs.
Isuzu Philippines Corporation and its authorized dealerships reserve the right to make changes in motor vehicle chassis manufactured and/or sold by them at any time without incurring any obligation to make the same or similar changes on motor vehicles and motor chassis previously manufactured and/or sold by them.
Regardless of who sold the unit, the dealers are required to provide prompt and courteous service in the normal manner whenever the owner request inspection services upon presentation of warranty booklet.
